What happens after the free trial?
For 20 days you get everything in Business. When the trial ends, choose the plan that fits and keep all the data you collected.
What counts as an event?
Every request the tracking script sends: pageviews, custom events, and the background engagement pings that measure time on page and scroll depth. Usage is totalled across all the sites in your workspace.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from the billing settings in your dashboard at any time.
Who handles payments and tax?
Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and takes care of sales tax and VAT for your country.
