Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated November 5, 2026
We want you to be sure Trfyx is right for you before you pay. That's why every new workspace starts with a 20-day free trial, with no card needed. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans. It is part of our terms of service.
Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. There are no cancellation fees.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for, and then doesn't renew.
- Your data isn't deleted when you cancel. You can export it, or delete your account when you're ready.
Refunds
- Monthly plans. If Trfyx isn't working for you, you can ask for a full refund of your first monthly payment within 7 days of it. Later monthly renewals are not refundable.
- Yearly plans. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first yearly payment, or within 14 days of a yearly renewal. After that, we don't refund the unused part of the year.
- Plan changes. When you upgrade, you pay the pro rata difference for the rest of the period. When you downgrade, the unused difference is credited to future invoices rather than refunded.
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we'll refund the incorrect amount in full, whenever you tell us.
- Lifetime deals. Purchases made through AppSumo or another marketplace are refunded by that marketplace, under its own refund policy.
We may decline refund requests that look abusive, such as repeated sign-up and refund cycles, or accounts closed for breaking our terms.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include your workspace name and, if you have it, the invoice number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are made by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
